Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Care Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
