Nova Lantern Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
