Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
