Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
