Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
