Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Maple Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
