Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Birmingham with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
