Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 484 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
