Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Field Financial serves customers across Providence with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
