Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
