Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
