Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen River Construction is a Wichita contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
