Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
