Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
