Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
