Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
