Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Keystone Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
