Northwind Bridge Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
