Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Ember Pharma develops and makes medicines in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
