Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
