Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group serves customers across Knoxville with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
