Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Juniper Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
