Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Nest Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
