Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Quill Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
