Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
