Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Forge Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
