Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Minneapolis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
