Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
