Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
