Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
