Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Chicago area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
