Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Associates is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
