Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
