Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
