Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
