Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
