Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
