Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Quill Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
