Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
