Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
