Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
