Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Group is a Pittsburgh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
