Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Richmond design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
