Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
