Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
