Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Quill Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
