Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Charleston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
