Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
