Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Bright Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
