Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ivory Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
